Nedvizhimost06-05-2009 Russians have grown cold to the Crimea, Russians, before actively bought real estate in Crimea, in the crisis cooled to purchases in the region. As a result, today the prices of real estate on the peninsula fell by nearly half. Most new buildings in the Crimea now frozen. Changes in a deplorable state "all-union resort" is not anticipated until at least autumn. However, those who have today the opportunity to purchase real estate on the peninsula, can realize a very profitable investment. Although the political situation around the Crimean peninsula (and in all Little Russia) is rather complicated, the citizens of the Russian Federation in the pre-crisis times actively bought real estate there. This is understandable: the Crimean population mostly Russian (and loyal to Russia), a property here can be purchased cheaper than in other Eastern European countries. In appendage buyer gets a great climate and the remnants of the former resort infrastructure. The housing stock of the peninsula includes apartment buildings of different eras (from the XIX century to the Soviet panel buildings), the private sector (until recently - the most popular among Russian buyers of real estate) and modern new buildings (mostly elite).
