Thus, the investment fund MMCIS investments announced profitability in July 2009 in the amount of 42% per annum for deposits in U.S. dollars, up 10% more yield for June 2009 and 31% more yield for January 2009. Stabilizing the growth that began in March 2009, allowed MMCIS investments to go out and keep the targeted level of profitability of 50% per annum. In addition, the fund management notes increasing investor activity, which increased the capitalization of the fund on 1 August 2009 from 424.13 to 444.26 million U.S. dollars. Thus, the increase in fund assets since the beginning of 2009 was 22%, thereby putting an end to the negative trend in January and February of -5% and -1%, respectively. While the growth of fund assets, compared to the same period in 2008 is only 21.4% Management believes this rate is more than satisfactory, and so that indicates the beginning of a thaw in the financial sector.
