It is therefore not surprising that the dynamics between the selling price and the price of rent of apartments must be a relationship. And this relationship, seen analytical center "Indicators of housing market" is rather interesting. Since the cost of sales and cost of rental apartments do not grow synchronously, but in the opposite! That is good to start new growth in housing prices as the cost of leasing slows down, and vice versa, should prices stay flat, as noticeably more expensive rent. Such market behavior was observed repeatedly. So during a recent jump in prices for apartments in Moscow in the early months of 2008, prices for rental housing not just stop, and even slightly slid down. And during the stagnation in 2007 grew much rent. Similar trends can be traced in earlier analytical articles on the Moscow real estate market.
