The secret purpose of the trip Putin to Algeria - the energy technology of domination?

Oil Resursy14-03-2006 US-Israeli analytical agency Stratfor published a report which resulted in his version of purpose and meaning of a recent visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Algeria. According to foreign analysts, it is not a lucrative contract and not a state debt that African countries and in technology. As Stratfor convinced - Putin agreed with the Algerian authorities on the transfer of Russian technologies of production and transportation of LNG, which will open endless possibilities for Russia to export its second most important raw materials. Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Algeria for his first official visit of March 10, 2006. Together with him there came a large delegation consisting of officials on energy and Russia's security. During his meeting with Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika of Algeria, Putin wrote off nearly $ 5 billion debt, saying that Russia is more interested in trade relations with Algeria. The most important event during the visit was the conclusion of a deal between Algeria and Russia, according to which Algeria has become a Russian military equipment worth 7.5 billion dollars.
