According to the agency, up to April 2008 meat and meat products occupied only 17.7% of the value of the minimum set of power against 21.2% for the same period last year. In this case, milk and dairy products began to occupy more space in the food basket value - 17,4% in April of this year compared with 16.4% in April last year. The share of bread, cereals and pasta products had 23.2% in the cost of a basket against 22,1% in April 2007.
