The Russian government will subsidize the construction of the pilot

This was announced at a meeting with President First Vice-Premier Dmitry Medvedev. "This is essentially new towns" - the first vice-premier. He said that these projects provided "a number of new support measures, including subsidies and guarantees." In this case, Medvedev said that an important condition for realization of these projects - "the existence of obligations to build housing around the social infrastructure - schools, hospitals, clinics, originally built to full neighborhoods, the city". A second government document, the first vice-premier, provides subsidies for the provision of roads and areas of low-rise multi-family buildings. According to Dmitry Medvedev, subsidies will be up to 70% of the total amount of low-rise construction and up to 60% - on multifamily.
