However, according to opinion polls, people are desperate and in spite of temporary difficulties, many continue to change jobs, marry, have children, buy houses, learn and enjoy life. During this year 35% of the Russians changed their place of work. These data were obtained in a study conducted in December 2009, an international recruiting agency Kelly Services. It is interesting that most people change jobs in the third quarter (29%) in the second quarter the figure was 26%, and in the first and fourth - 23% and 22%, respectively. During 2009, the majority (76%) of respondents have changed only one job, 17% did it twice, thrice 3% and 2% for more than three times. In this case, finding they were mostly from 1 to 3 months. The main reason change jobs 31% of respondents said personal initiative to produce more interesting job offers. 28% have been reduced. 18% left because they did not suit the worsening conditions of labor. 12% of workers left their employers in connection with a decrease in wages.
