Investments Finansy28-07-2008 "Seliger-2008": From Head Hunter to the stock show! For two weeks the center of public and political life of youth in Russia became Lake Seliger in Tver region, the bank which held the 4 th All-Russian Youth Educational Forum "Seliger 2008". Organised by Nashi movement with the support of the National Youth Commission of the State Duma, the Forum has already the first year it becomes a platform for youth communication with top officials of the State, leading politicians and public figures. This year, here come five thousand activists from 50 regions of Russia. The main leitmotif of the Forum "Training for the innovation economy." In this context, one of the priority projects, "Seliger-2008" was a program of "Economics: Theory, policy, investments." In terms of personnel shortages, it promises to be quite promising. Advantage of the project is an integrated approach: the theorists offer new solutions to economic problems, "investors" are being issued in their finished projects, and "politics" of the youth government is preparing legislation. The main task of the project - creation of new models of Russian economic development and training of personnel reserve for the government, scientific and technical centers, innovative technologies.
