YOU forbade banks to play in one of the gates

Banks Finansy03-03-2010 YOU forbade banks to play in one of the gates the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court (IAC) of the Russian Federation on Tuesday declared illegal a unilateral increase in rates on loans to banks in respect of natural persons, as well as penalties for overdue payments. Experts warn that such a decision for the banks may soon turn into a wave of lawsuits from borrowers and rising interest rates. Yesterday, the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court (IAC) quashed the decisions of lower courts at the suit of Russian Development Bank (RDB) to the management of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) in Moscow and decided to turn the bank into his claims. Thus, YOU upheld the decision of Rospotrebnadzor, which the bank was brought to administrative responsibility for raising rates unilaterally under the loan agreement, collection of fees for opening and maintaining the loan account and the requirement of penalties (penalties) for late payment of principal and interest on it, passes RIA Novosti reported. Thus, bank lending practices of natural persons ultimately found to be illegal - a ruling of the Presidium can not be appealed.
