The global economy rules igry12-07-2007 U.S. officially reserves the right to interfere in the affairs of other states - House of Representatives approved a law banning the creation of the world's natural gas cartel modeled on OPEC. In Congress, just say that nobody but Washington should not control the supply of raw materials. This week, U.S. House of Representatives by a majority of two-thirds majority vote approved the bill on counteracting the creation of "gas OPEC." Thus, the U.S. once again make it clear to the world that still consider themselves, in the words of George W. Bush "the greatest force for good on earth." In other words - the main figure of the worldwide network of the empire, led by supranational entities "golden billion" like the WTO, IMF, World Bank, NATO, etc., which "may" interfere in the internal affairs of other States, without regard to any international agreements or the national sovereignty. In particular this applies to Russia. As noted by U.S. lawmakers in a bill on Jan. 29, 2007 Iranian spiritual leader Ayatollah Khamenei, proposed the creation of a cartel on natural gas ("gas OPEC"), "Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed considerable interest in forming a cartel of this kind, and Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, even proposed the establishment of such in the Western Hemisphere.
