At the first meeting of energy ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), heads of the five delegations (Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China and Tajikistan) to support the provisions on the establishment of the SCO "Energy Club" - an organization designed to promote cooperation in energy security SCO member states and coordinate their national policies in this area. Core groups of countries with other types of civilization - the U.S., European Union, the Middle East, Latin America - are already involved and influence the set of economic structures, one way or another promote the interests of their leaders.
